When You Get a Refund
You can get your money back in these cases.
We want you to be satisfied. Full refunds are available in these situations:
- Before any work begins — full refund
- Within 7 days of payment (if no work started)
- If we fail to deliver the agreed scope
- Before any third-party costs are incurred
When You Do Not
Refunds are not available in these cases.
These situations are non-refundable. Please read carefully:
- Work has already been delivered
- You approved a milestone or deliverable
- More than 7 days since work started
- You changed the project scope midway
